SHIPPING

We ship throughout all 50 U.S. states and internationally.

All shipments include insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation upon delivery. International shipping costs vary by destination.

Local pickup may be arranged for customers in Los Angeles County and Orange County, California.

International order:

International orders are accepted only by PayPal invoice. The shipping address must match the address confirmed and on file with PayPal. Address changes after payment and shipments to third-party shipping companies, freight forwarders, or drop-shipping addresses are not permitted.

The only way to use a different shipping address or ship through a forwarding company is to pay by bank-to-bank transfer. DINMANN is not responsible for shipments sent to an address or forwarding company designated through a bank-to-bank payment.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be confirmed before payment.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the product has not been installed, modified, altered, or tampered with. A 50% restocking fee applies to accepted returns; this item is a custom-made order.
